Usurper

Usurper is a chess themed bullet hell where you fight through the king's army to take the throne from him, gaining your choice of upgrades from each fallen foe to assist in the advancing fights.

This was the exam from my first semester of my second year at university. I'm also pretty proud of how this one turned out even after how much time has passed.
